Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These Terms govern the Undead Blocks website and related Wagyu account services that display or link to them. They are an agreement between you and Wagyu Games, LLC. Where acceptance is required, read the Terms before accepting. If you do not agree, do not use services that require acceptance.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher, to create a Wagyu account, play Undead Blocks, connect a wallet, receive rewards, or enter tournaments or competitions.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and contact business@wagyu.io if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate someone else, use an account without permission, or evade restrictions placed on an account.
Location and feature eligibility
Accounts and ordinary gameplay are available in supported locations where Wagyu can lawfully provide the service, subject to applicable sanctions, local requirements, and provider restrictions. Nontransferable XP and unlocks without cash-out value generally follow gameplay eligibility, subject to local requirements.
Cash, token, NFT, and other redeemable rewards are available only in countries and, where relevant, states or provinces expressly approved for the specific reward program. Eligibility must be considered separately for wallet connections, purchases, withdrawals, and Pivot participation. Eligibility for one feature does not automatically enable all other features.
Feature availability varies by location. Access to rewards, digital-asset features, and competitions is subject to applicable law and the eligibility requirements for each program. Creating a Wagyu account does not guarantee eligibility for every feature.
Access and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, Wagyu Games permits you to use the website and account services for their intended purposes. This permission is personal, nonexclusive, and subject to the rules of the relevant service. Any separately presented game software license governs installation and use of that software.
Our software, branding, artwork, text, and other content remain the property of Wagyu Games or their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted right to reproduce, sell, modify, or commercially exploit them. Any separate license or permission applies according to its own terms.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
Do not cheat, use unauthorized automation, manipulate scores or rewards, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, interfere with services, harass others, commit fraud, or misuse personal information. Do not access accounts or nonpublic systems without authorization. Restrictions on reverse engineering or similar activities apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Report suspected bugs, exploits, and security issues privately to business@wagyu.io. Do not use them to obtain an unfair advantage or expose other users' information.
Digital assets and rewards
The core game is free to play without a crypto wallet or digital asset purchase. Optional features have their own conditions, supported assets, and availability requirements.
Match XP, in-game reward balances, blockchain tokens, and digital collectibles are distinct. A reward balance does not by itself create a right to an unavailable withdrawal, exchange, transfer, or redemption feature. Use only the functionality currently offered under its published rules.
Owning a digital asset does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial rights in the associated artwork or game. Relevant collection or purchase terms define the rights provided. No investment return, resale price, secondary market, or future utility is guaranteed. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible, and wallet, network, and third-party platform terms may apply.
Planned features are not a promise of release on a particular date. Pivot Protocol remains in development and is not live. Any eventual access to Pivot or other financial or transaction features will be subject to the terms and requirements presented for that service.
Purchases and competitions
Before completing any offered purchase, review the seller, price, applicable fees, delivery information, and purchase and refund terms presented for that transaction. Purchases on independent marketplaces are subject to the relevant seller's and platform's terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or lawful remedies.
Each tournament or competition is governed by published official rules that identify eligible locations, the minimum age, entry requirements, prizes, and any additional restrictions. Players must be able to review those rules before entering. The rules may also cover dates, scoring, anti-cheat review, and prize-claim conditions. A roadmap reference or general event page is not an offer of a particular prize or confirmation that entry is open.
Content you submit
Submit only material you have the right to share and that does not violate others' rights. You retain rights in your submissions. You authorize us to handle support submissions as reasonably needed to investigate and respond, consistent with the Privacy Policy. This does not grant an unrestricted right to use private support material in advertising.
Service changes and account restrictions
Services may be updated or unavailable during maintenance, testing, or outages. We will provide notices and remedies required by applicable law when changing or discontinuing services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material violation, cheating, fraud, a security risk, or a legal obligation. You can contact business@wagyu.io to ask about a restriction or request review. Account closure requests should be sent to the same address. The treatment of purchases and digital assets remains subject to applicable transaction terms and law; closing an account does not erase public blockchain records.
Third parties and responsibility
External wallets, marketplaces, community platforms, and linked websites operate under their own terms. We do not control their availability or operations merely because we link to them.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and account services are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and mandatory rights available where you live.
Updates and contact
We may update these Terms and will publish a revision date. We will provide notice or request acceptance where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
