A complete support request helps the team respond faster. Before submitting your issue, gather the details below and include anything that can help the team reproduce, verify, or resolve the problem.

  • A screenshot or video if useful, with unrelated personal information removed.

Gameplay Support

For gameplay questions, include the mode you were playing and what happened during the match. This helps support understand whether the issue involves match flow, XP, weapons, perks, zombie behavior, leaderboards, or mode-specific rules.

No. The core game is free to play without a crypto wallet or digital asset purchase. Optional features have their own requirements.

Where can I find release information?

Check Announcements, Patch Notes, and Dev Updates. A development update describes work in progress; patch notes identify changes in a released build.

Is Pivot Protocol live?

No. Pivot Protocol remains in development. Final corrections and testing must be completed before community access.
