Undead Blocks Development Update
Game stability, the new website, and Pivot Protocol

Hey Survivors,
It has been over a month since our last major development update, and we know many of you have been waiting to hear where things stand with Undead Blocks, the new website, and Pivot Protocol.
We should have communicated sooner. Work has continued behind the scenes, and we want to give you a useful picture of where development stands and what still needs to happen.
Undead Blocks game development
Development on the core game continues. Our focus has been on stability, improvements to how matches start, run, and end, zombie behavior and pathing, gameplay tuning, and the overall player experience.
We are also working through quality-of-life improvements and multiplayer and social functionality as development progresses.
We know everyone wants new content as quickly as possible. A stable underlying game is essential to supporting the features and experiences we want to add. We expect to have a new build ready for the Undead Elite group to test soon.
More detailed game-specific updates will follow as features move through development and testing.
The new Undead Blocks website
The new website is almost finished. Alongside the visual redesign, we are connecting the Undead Blocks experience with Wagyu account infrastructure to make access to player services more consistent.
The Undead Elite have already received a sneak peek. Most of the front-end work is complete, and the team is finishing the backend account connections and Player Dashboard functionality.
This work connects player accounts, authentication, profiles, launcher access, and the new dashboard. Completing and testing these connections is the next step toward releasing the site.
Pivot Protocol
Pivot Protocol has taken longer than we originally expected. Unforeseen personal circumstances affecting our platform developer delayed the final development work.
We have completed another detailed review and provided a final round of changes and corrections. These cover calculations and displayed data, UNDEAD deposit and reward information, dashboard details, transaction history, wallet functionality, and usability improvements.
Those changes still need to be completed and tested before we open the platform to the community.
Pivot Protocol remains in development and is not live. We are taking the time needed to test the platform before making a service involving community assets available.
What comes next
Our immediate priorities are to:
- Finalize and test the new website backend.
- Complete the Player Dashboard and account connections.
- Implement the final Pivot Protocol changes.
- Test Pivot before community access.
- Continue work on game stability, gameplay, and additional features.
